about me

Welcome to your Worthy Self

The Worthy Self was created with a simple but radical belief: your value is not something to earn, prove, or perform—it is inherent within you.

In a world where we’re taught to measure our worth by achievement, productivity, or comparison, The Worthy Self offers a different path.

Through coaching, writing, and conversation, The Worthy Self is a space to explore what it means to live rooted in your worth. Drawing on the insights of self-worth research, Jungian coaching, and the Science of Learning, this work invites you to integrate head, heart, and soul as you step into your fullest self.

Whether through one-on-one coaching, reflective essays on Substack, or deep conversations on the podcast, the goal is the same: to help you uncover the stories shaping your sense of self, embrace your wholeness, and bring your worth into how you learn, lead, and live.

This work is not just personal work—it’s collective. When we honor our worth, we create communities where others can do the same.

I am a certified Jungian coach, self-worth researcher, and educator with over two decades of experience helping people and organizations grow. At the heart of my approach is the belief that our stories hold the keys to transformation. By uncovering the patterns and beliefs woven into our narratives, we can see ourselves more clearly and bend toward growth with intention and authenticity. Whether through coaching, workshops, or speaking, I invite people to step into deeper self-understanding, reclaim their worth, and reimagine what’s possible for themselves and their communities. My doctorate in Education, with a specialty in Mind, Brain, and Education, was earned at Johns Hopkins University.

My Approach

At The Worthy Self, my approach combines depth with practicality. I draw on Jungian coaching, self-worth research, and Mind Brain Education science to help you uncover the hidden patterns shaping your life. Together, we explore both the conscious and unconscious stories that influence your choices, and we work toward integrating them into a fuller, freer sense of self. This process isn’t about fixing who you are—it’s about remembering your inherent worth and learning how to live, lead, and create from that place of wholeness.
